I am a PhD student working in the field of immuno-oncology and vascular biology under the guidance of Dr. Seema Sehrawat. I have experience in LC-MS and chip based proteomics approach for understanding complex cellular processes and I have successfully presented my work in conferences. I have qualified National Eligibility Test in lectureship category (AIR28). Previously I worked as research student at Institute of Bioinformatics, Banaglore where I explored proteomics based approach for neurological disorders. From the past 2 years I have been working on cancer biology (tumor-endothelial cell interface) in which I employ chip based microarray approach for understanding signaling pathways. I study the cancer phenotype by using methods such as angiogenesis, invasion and migration assay and microscopy technique.
